XXX Tailors his View for Pre-merge

We now adjust the config spec for our view.

  "Why do we need to adjust the view?" you might ask. We can just specify on the findmerge command which branch we want to merge into our branch.

The reason we adjust the view before a pre-merge is, that we need to use the latest config spec recommended by the product's Buildmeister. This will contain the most recent labelled versions of all the product's sources. These are the sources with which we need to merge.
