The Buildmeister's View

The view used by the Buildmeister in his initial build of the product after release EX001_REL

Note that it specifies the "high-water mark" of all file version trees is "EX001_REL". In otherwords, only files bearing this label will be chosen for the build (the label PKGS_90 references files in a third-party area which will not be changed).
